I found the problem
I downgrade back to my 2.8.28 and now everything is working normally....
I guess 2.8.8 didnt fit with my RB 500 for some reasons... anyway... happy to get it working again

Hi I made a backup of my hotspot users IP>hotspot>user>export file=usersbackup and I savedthe userbackup file using binary transfer into my laptop, now if I want to rest my RouterOS 500, how can I import thatbackup list again.
