Can you hit Ok, and it'll save it w/ that?

In 2.2, it shows 1 sec for me, but if I click Ok, it brings up an error saying "probe interval must be at least 5 seconds", and won't save the value until I fix it.

no, he can't hit ok, i'm using rc3, and minimum poll interval is 5 sec.

what exactly you want to monitor?
Use snmpwalk with correct community name to see available monitoring-parameters (i think you need IfTable section of device).

2. configure groups of devices with ident-services and needed pictures

you also can add some static items without any labels at perimeter of needed area, and add links between them

1. export (every hour f.e.) pictures from charts (in maps it is allready possible).
2. export to txt all outages with all data and notes.

you can monitor them in services, and to see real data invert your srvice true condition (you will see messages like (<your data> <condition> is not true)

i'm actually not shure about outages in ack-mode for notification go to your device, on page notification, select popup and go to configuration of notifications (click on button with three point), then double click on popup notify, go to advanced page, and select all needed types of notifications bt...

i've monitoring a lan with 2k+ hosts by ping
and from some time it starts - every 0.5-1 hour dude lost lot of pings, but when i'm ping this hosts by win_ping it's ok
it seems very-very sad ):

Example. i have chain of some hosts, one host is down, i hit "Ack", and forget it. After some time host is up, all is fine, but when host is down again, he is allready acknowledged. i think its wrong, and every time, when acknowledged host is up, he must be automatically unacknowledged. Or...
