отвечу сам себе:
- интерфейс появляется только после подключения обычного модема (до след перезагрузки)
- все равно вайфай модем не работает

подскажите пожалуйста, а старый модем нужно после каждой перезагрузки втыкать, или всего один раз?

but now another problem - mt doesn't leave tv channels.
I 'm changing channel on vlc, but mt doesn't leave previous. So after i change 3 channels, everything stops - 3x3.5MB for every channel
