Re: Access dstnat/netmap from same subnet

By adding the natted IP address (100.0.0.1) to the routerboard, I'm able to access the natted address from the machine (100.0.0.3) on the same subnet.

Access dstnat/netmap from same subnet

I'm wondering how/if I can access the external natted address from the same subnet as that external natted address is on. For example, my external nat address is 100.0.0.1/24 which maps to an internal server of 192.168.0.1/24. My routerboard has addresses on both networks 192.168.0.254/24 and 100.0....

Re: ECMP - Load balancing not working properly

I've not tried 3.22 yet, but large file downloads stop after 10-20 minutes of downloading. Like knects, pausing and unpausing the download causes it to start going again. I also have problems with long ssh sessions being open. Anyone out there with a 433 that has ECMP working? Just FYI, I've tried ...

Re: ECMP - Load balancing not working properly

I'm having the same issue as knects. Connections that last longer than 10 minutes or so tend to fail. Also a RB433, I've tried 3.20 and 4.0Beta1 with no change in results. All of my policy routing for PPTP and IPSec are working fine. Also if I tag a particular internal system to use a particular rou...

Re: Multipath Routing and IPSec

Woohoo, I get to answer my own question. Hopefully this will help someone else out at some point... The deal is that you have to make sure your IPSec traffic gets routed out the correct interface all the time. So you'll need to get some policy based routing going for your IPSec traffic and your IKE/...

Multipath Routing and IPSec

I've just configured my multipath routing and things are going along okay until I configured IPSec. My tunnel drops its connection when I have my second route going. The tunnel is configured to just use one of my public IP addresses as the endpoint, I do not have another tunnel configured on the oth...
