RouterOS device as a layer3 hop with NAT

Im connected like this: PC -> Router (D-Link) -> Mikrotik; And like this winbox cant find anythink.

When connecting like this: PC -> Mikrotik; Then its working.

I prefer to make it working with trough router.

one noob question: why i cant connect to mikrotik when trying to connect trought router? must forward any ports or somethink?

Thanks. I got help like this when called the company that sold me mikrotiks. Im changed it to "Not specified" or somethink like this, and its worked.

So now i have 60mbps. Can i expect more?

Im just called to the company that sold me those mikrotiks, and they told me that it is not illegal. Is it possible that they lie?

Turbo is ok in Lithuania, as it work in same diapozone. And i found the way to turn it on. Now have 60+ mbps.

P.S. Which frequency is better to chose, when scanning that have -100 or -80 ?

Cant find 5GHz Turbo there. Only 2.4 GHz G Turbo as image shows. Yesterday i set band 2.4GHz Turbo on station (remotely), and it didnt responded any more no matter what band and other settings i changed at home. So today i get there and changed it back to 5GHz. Also why there is no 5GHz Turbo band? ...

So i have setup like this RB 411 + R52 + 5G-23D (http://www.dipol.com.pl/antena_panelowa_5g-23d_technologic_5ghz_23db_z_obudowa_A73552.htm) On both sides same setups at low distance - clear 0,5 km. I want to know what best speed i can gain from it? The best i had till now was 27mbps in one direction...
