Web Proxy says disk is unformatted

I can't enable my web proxy since it says disk is unformatted and if i click format disk, it says - Cannot format disk unkown drive (4) i'm running a 2.8.17 that was running fine until i upgraded to 2.9.4 and could not get my policy based routing to work, then i reverted back to 2.8.17 and suddenly ...

is there a IRC channel where i can chat to people that know mikrotik especially issues concerning v2.8.x policy based routing compared to new v2.9.x format

why is their no real format conversion, or some tool or even just a how to to properly explain how to do the same type of policy based routing in 2.9.x ... and support said only way is to redo all my rules.. this is really irritating since it feels as if the logic has changed completely and now just...

Hi, I upgraded from 2.8.17 to 2.9.4 and have been struggling to convert my old policy based routing to new format.. I Have ADSL connection and Wifi connection.
