already read the manual of MT 2.9 but only DHCP mode is writen.

already go to IP service but there was no hotspot port ?
in prev version of M, I was set www port = 8080 and hotspot port=80
but in this ver 2.9.6 no hotspot port

why under Ip service > there is no Hotspot service
you know in prev version , to install Hotspot we must chage the www port =8081 and hotspot port = 80 right ??

If I have bw 64 kbps and then the speed for download is 64/8 = 8 KBps
is it possible to limit downlod speed became 4 KBps and for browsing stil 64 kbps??
