If it was running fine for two months and the other link is working ok , it looks like a damaged radiocard , more so since some panels are not DC grounded ( ie if you stick a meter on the connector , it doesn't appear as a short at DC ) .

What you may be looking for is bonding at your end and the exchange end , so you will have near 4meg.

You can get clamp type N connectors for LMR , you can also get LMR400DB ( direct burial), it shoul dbe a bit more weather proof . The problem i've seen with crimp connectors is the cable is only secured by the braid ,and it seems to work a tiny bit loose after a while...Solder the centre pin on too .

I think if you don't have a hardware problem there must be a source of noise in roughly the opposite direction to your backhaul link,the panel would not pick up much from behind it.
