Hi there. I see you are using a version that is improved on now (v6.7) ....Try v6.12 Sometimes problems get fixed even though they are not specifically mentioned in the changelog. Ok , I can confirm the problem still persists in v6.12 on a number of our sites.....we're thinking to revert back to 5.2...

I have similar woes with 3.25 - it just keeps restarting every 30minutes or so.

Did you loose any setup info going from 3.25 to 4 - back to 3.24(i assume) ?
EG - did it connect up - no loss of interface addresses etc ?
