How can I block every site, then make exceptions to the few sites that I want to allow access to?

We've had a really strange thing happen this week. Over the course of 24 hours, we've had THREE rb532's, all in three different locations, fail. The symptoms are the same: It quits passing traffic on ether2 and then starts to randomly reboot. I'm guessing that they were manufactured around the same ...
