Re: ECMP with OSPF

I should have been more clear. I want to configure ECMP over my current OSPF links.

ECMP with OSPF

I have a router with 2 links back to our Data Center. Both links are 18 Meg, but with the current setup I am preferring the link with shorter cost and the other is a backup. What I would like to do is utilize both links 50% ( or as close as 50%) and if a link goes down then route all traffic out it ...

Mikrotik Interfaces

We are in the process of going with a SONET solution as opposed to our Current ATT ATM Network. Are there any cards that will work with mikrotik that supports OC3 and DS3 vi Single Mode Fiber?

Replacing Deliberant with Mikrotik

We have an DLB 2700 w/ omni in the field for one of our broadcast sites. There are approximately 25 customers on this AP. export ip addresses from particular interface

I have a scenario where I need to export all the IP's from ether2 to a file? Something similar to this put with an export command:

pr file="Ether2" where interface="ether2"

The above yields a text file with the IP's but I need it where I can import it to another router?

PPPoE / RADIUS Bypass

I have an instance coming up where I will need to take down my billing software for maintenance. For my Dialup Users I can login and tell the NAS boxes to allow anything to authenticate. Is there a way to tell my Mikrotik to allow any PPPoE users in while I am working on my billing software?

PPPOE Interface with IP

In the manual it states: Security issue: do not assign an IP address to the interface you will be receiving the PPPoE requests on. What type of security issue would there be if I need an IP on that interface for cutomers who do NOT run PPPoE and use static or even a DHCP relay on that Interface? Joe

What do I need?

We have several Orinoco Ap500's and Orinco 1000's. I am needing to replace some of them because they are old and out of date. I have an area with about 20 customers that all I need is an AP and POE, I have the Antenna. My question is what do I need or "What is the Part Number for an AP"? -J
