How much current can be used if we use ether1 for powering? I know 2.5A total through the DC power plug but what about using the poe of port 1? Is it the same?load is measured, when that reaches certain value then power to the port is turned off (overload protection).

That's what I'm thinking too. I do have a use for it coming up that's why I was asking if I could get away with something like the 450g. I hope I can get my hands on another one when I need it!If you have an RB1100 you might as well use it. More RAM, faster processor.
