i have same problem.
in one mikrotik rb800 (4.5) can be only one wireless card. If i put another one my link is not good !

i have 802.11n link 22km. signal -55/-57. ccq 90/97. bandwidth 105mbps/50mbps. But, after some time ccq drop to xx/30% and bandwidth is about 30mbps. all is on ROS 4.7.

I disable/enable radio card and ccq is again 90/97%.

why ?

In this momment, connected ppp user is about 400 and traffic is about 50mbps/14mbps.

Cpu usage is about 30%.

Maybe problem is ethernet card ?

when connect with pppoe on my ppp server then ping same server , ping is 20ms ...
(connection between my computer and ppp server (mikrotik 2.9.51) is over ethernet)

after disconnet from ppp my ping is 1-3 ms...

in first case signal is ok ( about -61), in second case (when use DUAL nstreme) signal is -70.
