As far as i remember "red" queue does't send packets. So "green" does. But it does't happens in my case. Am I wrong?

I supose "in-not-torrent" trafic must utilise whole bandwidth (1900k) because it heavy load, but it uses only 250kbps.

When RB750 connects to provider, some times it get IP from 10.x.x.x subnet (DHCP).
How can I reset this connection by script to receive another IP?

I've upgraded RB750 from v4.10 to v5.0beta3.
Router doesn't boot. How can I restore it???
