Thanks for reports, right now Secure mode isnt working as it should it could cause out of sync errors and random crashes, i Suggest to disable it for now.
We are working on v35 that are going to fix most off issue.

In Winbox, 'IP/Firewall/Connections' Max Entries is 0, CLI shows correct value.
Checked on RB433AH, RB751U-2HnD and x86.

This is a known bug. It occurs when you enable connection tracking and it will be fixed in RouterOS v5.5.

but at ROS 4.17 with disable connection tracking, still counting ...
