Today we swapped out our cables, checked new cables with fluke all tested clean (old ones tested clean, normis is adamant it's cable or switch, we'll take his advice and swap both). It was happening once at least every 24 hours, so far it's been 12 hours no flap.

I have the same issue RB450G, I'm using 3 as pppoe concentrators, 2 have port flapping on ports 2-4, more frequently 3 and 4, but occasionally on 2 (all happen at the same time, never on 1 or 5 on either of them). 450 is directly plugged in to battery backup no poe power, longest cable length 3' all...

I'm using an RB1100, and have /30 provided from our carrier on the 1100, we now have /28 to use for som...
