It works fine. Tested with Cisco SG-200 P models. It’s better to get the Mikrotik 48v adapter though, it has higher output if you will be using multiple ports.
As Chupaka states to route traffic correctly with multiple WAN and respond to items on the correct WAN interface you have to use mange rules to mark packets to go over/back interface. Mikrotik has a PCC example you can use. It doesn't do failover but you can adapt the recursive route way and use PCC...
Use export to file. Then use terminal and past sections one at at time. It’s usually a OS version mismatch issue. I find pasting in terminal much more reliable but I don’t suggest importing the whole file at once. Make sure your autocomplete in terminal is set if not the paste command will fail use ...

My SSTP client and ...

Here is a example config that I use for Failover no scripting needed. This is being used in production. Currently it uses Static IPs for GW. You must adjust all gateway= and in-interface= for your config This assumes you don't have any routing or other mangle rules to mark connections and routing ma...
By default some of the newer versions have allow deny set for ext? If so it will only allow regristation of ext for local subnet. Login to FreePBX admin, go to your external ext, there are allow and deny remove them, reload. Make sure you have a good password for the ext.
