How does mikrotik's hotspot counts uptime for 2 or more user

I have just set up Mikrotik HotSpot, and want to make limitation for example, 1h for one user, and want to allow him to use 2 devices. If user will use both devices at same time, will time be divided or summed (will it work for 1h or 30min each)?

p.s. I have mikrotik v 4.11 installed.
