I m using mikrotik rb750g router..and one of my client want to use different speed rate in day and night..he want at day 1mbps in ip 192.168.10.55.and at night 2mbps..so how can i limit 1mbps in day and in night 2mbps in same ip???? I hope anyone will give me a best solution.. ...

You can assign as many subnets/IP addresses to any interface that you want, and the RouterBoard will handle routing between them fine. However you do not ever want to run two different DHCP servers on the same interface. You need some form of separation, weather it be by physical interface or VLANs...

PCC Load Balance should be done in 'prerouting' only (in 'output' for router's traffic)
