I did this but it didn't help. I can ping to my local ip, i can ping to external ip (e.g 4.2.2.2, 8.8.8.8 etc), i can ping to any domain like www.google.com, www.yahoo.com etc but i can't ping to my local host with its hostname, like srv, ubuntu etc but i can ping them by their ip address. any idea....

I do not find where "make you dhcp server to reply only to static mac by selecting the static-only option" in the 5.11 firmware release.

DHCP in Mikrotik

I want to do this scenario in Mikrotik, that all the PCs get IP from Mikrotik and make them static and then bound to Mikrotik that only serve these PCs with the same IP address and will not issue any new IP to any new PC.
Can you tell me how i can do it?

How to see the hostname in stead of source ip address in Tor

When i do the Tool->Torch, it shows me only Source IP address but i want to see the hostname also(so that i can quickly identify the user, who is using the high bandwidth ). please tell me, how i can achieve this? Management told me that the previous network admin did like this that's why i am askin...

You mean, I can use the build-in Manager of MikroTIK to track the bandwidth usage????????
