That won't work. Licenses are tied to hard drives so you can't (aren't supposed to be able to) clone hard drives as that would also clone the license. I also have no idea what the submitted is talking about. You can download bootable ISOs from mikrotik.com. You can duplicate configuration via "...

my version was 3.x

and the cpu load was going to 100 all the time

even if only the PACKEGs (i mean .npk file) whould be good i can make a (linuxboot) for it
