I don't think it can handle car battery, you would be talking about small 7AH battery max. To charge car battery you will need around 10A charging current, you will burn cat5 cable if you will try to send such current over poe.

To make transparent link, bridge together ether1 and wlan2 on both sides, on AP side set mode bridge, on remote side mode to station-bridge. disable wlan1, if you will bridge all together, you will be just creating loop. keep in mind, if you will use station mode on remote side, when ether1 and wlan...

Re: Mikrotik VDSL / DSL Modem?

+1 for RB-951Ui-2HnD and RB952Ui-5ac2nD-TC with built in VDSL port. Currently we use those routers in pair with SXT-Lite5-AC powered trough single power supply. We have wholesale access to largest VDSL network in country, but we have to supply our own VDSL modems. Single unit with full RouterOS func...

It took a while, but everything is there! Dynadish is parabolic design with integrated 25 dbi antenna, RB Powerbox is outdoor version of RB750UP, cAP is unifi analogue, capsman is kickass compared to unifi controller and it runs on any RB device. now netmetal has sfp port, only thing we are missing ...

get netinstall, enable net boot, set IP to same subnet as your PC, hold reset button until user light stops flashing, it will kick in etherboot, and you will be able to flash it with fresh ROS.
