solved!
i disable other virtual interface used by vmware.
now rb750 can be recognized by netinstall!

how to restore routeros from openwrt of rb750
I installed openwrt "attitude adjustment" to rb750 without backup flash content. Now i want to restore routeros with netinstall 6.2. I started netintall6.2 the rb750 act led blink as usual , but rb750 doesn't appear from netinstall window. Netinstall can find a rb450g under my configuratio...

one rb750 and two rb450s with 64m hardware ram reported 32m by mikrotik software.
Memory size is hardcoded by mikrotik software, routerboot or "bios"
