what packages you have installed on the router? have you installed the usermanager or dude server? Have you enabled or used the SMB feature? The .rif file isn't fully created - you need to wait up to 5minutes till it creates fully and then send it to support@mikrotik.com i don't use the SMB feature...

but when i change the os to XP or 2K3 with IE6,it's work normal,IE7~8 i have not test
