i got Problem its i can receive the internet from only one wan 2 mbs if you know that i got 2 lins wan 1 and wan 2

i had 2 adsl routers 1 vs 2 m and the second has the same speed so i has mikrotik v 3.30 wanna merage them to has 4 m speed and wanna know coz i has about 20 users thy use download much that had a bad effects on browsing and Surf the Internet so how can i save a good download with a speed browsing ?...
