we are using Mikrotik RB-1000. how can i monitor real time user activity (web browsing)

I have checked this link but i did not find command. After starting winbox then that page open with Intercaces, Bridge ..... IP-Hotspot, i want to learn that how i can use it please help.

I just join a new company they are using Mikrotik RB 1000 i am new on Mikrotik I want to learn about it because I have to handle every thing. Where can i find the books or study materials. Some body can guide me about use of RB 1000.
