but after adding it i am unable to open \\server. now i can access file sharing via \\192.168.2.2 ip address

realy upset to say that

the DHCP was working perfectly
client was getting start dhcp ip as

ip=192.168.200.1
subnet=255.255.254.0
gateway
dns
etc. was perfect

but hotspot page again forget to open.
there was no hotspot page displayed. after setting /23

what to do now ? huh. bit tired now.

and when i try to access the ftp then the same rate limit is applied also for that ftp trafic. i want to exempt the rate limit for ftp server trafic. and want to assign a new rate limit for that trafic goes to ftp server.
