Re: Is RouterOS L2TP + IPsec affected by new microsoft bug?

Tested with this new update and sadly I'm getting this error when trying to connect with windows 10: The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during initial negotiations with the remote computer. I just uninstalled KB5009543 and its working fine now.

Winbox "Could not create file"

Hello, At my work we use VDI, and the template of all VMs are optimized with VMware OS Optimization Tool (That alter dozens of registries, politics and settings), that being said, I know that is not a problem specific from Winbox. I've read this topic: https://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?t=9044...

Re: Dude agent not work

Hello, In my situation Dude repeatedly stops working after few days. I use CHR Routerboard version on Vmware ESXi. I should restart the virtual machine where Routerboard is installed to get it working again. I can access the routerboard with Winbox and enter commands, but nothing happens, commands ...

Re: dude dose not works

My Setup is exactly the same as yours, there isn't a "dude" service listed in /ip service print, Also as I saw in my client, the dude is connecting via 8291 port that is the same of Winbox.

Can you give me more info about the problem so I can help you?

Re: How to passthought over filters between two interfaces

Thanks very much, it works like a charm.

I did some tests with iperf udp and reached 1 Gbit between the computers and the ubuntu.

Thanks again.

Re: Port Fowarding at the same port/bridge

Thank you very much, I was thinking, in my case, it's possible that what was happening when the "Use ip firewall" was activated can be that it was communicating directly inside of the switch of the Linksys, can't be? -- I read about Hair Pin Nat and put into practice, below the results. F...

Re: Port Fowarding at the same port/bridge

In advance, thanks for the help. I will clarify the question, I have a ubuntu server IP 10.0.0.36 (pitcairn.codex), mikrotik 10.0.0.33 (connor.codex) and 10.0.0.39 (charles.codex). My topology for that question is: http://i.imgur.com/zhR0uiy.jpg All ports under a bridge called LAN, ether2 goes to th...

Re: How to passthought over filters between two interfaces

You can get more. Use switching instead bridging.

[SOLVED] ROS v6.9 Mount SMB Share does not work

Hello, I'm trying to mount my routerboard smb share in my ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS, but unfortunally I'm not having success. Below the sbmtree output, I've double checked the password. yamash@PITCAIRN:/mnt$ sudo smbtree -U SAMBA Enter SAMBA's password: LOCAL \\PITCAIRN PITCAIRN server (Samba 3.6.3, Ubuntu...

Re: How to passthought over filters between two interfaces

I already did that, but I realized what I was doing wrong.

I disabled Bridge > Settings > Use Ip firewall and now I can reach 500 mbits nothing more yet... but I will keep trying to reach more performance.

Thank for your help and wasted time :)

Re: How to passthought over filters between two interfaces

Sorry for my bad explanation. Ok, After the change I checked that unfortunally with queues, firewall filters, queue tree and mangle, the thoughput between machines and the "server" become low. I want to know, if is possible to bypass everything mentioned above inside a bridge. Another way ...

Port Fowarding at the same port/bridge

Hello, http://i.imgur.com/zhR0uiy.jpg The above picture show how is part of my network.
