mikrotik 750g r3 USB NAS speed?

What speed for USB attached storage can I expect?
Since the mikrotik 750g r3 has dual core 800Mhz CPU can it be near 10MB/S

My old RB493g has 4MB/S up / down speed on SMB.

Any testing was done by somebody I can't find it?

Every normal router for the price of what mikrotik costs has USB port and FTP features. FTP is for just that FTP.
