Hello,

I was used to build my 3x3Km net with SXT pack, Omnitik and few SXT.
I need now a stronger AP, much stronger than an AP, but in budget.
Also I do not need anymore an omnidirectional, but a sectorial antenna.
Anything stronger than "groove?"
Plz advice me.

Morning,

few days ago, a SXT was disconnected from my network.
I am trying to hook it through WInbox but nothing appears in the list, leds are on and normal beeps during booting.,
Just a 169.254.x.x appears and nothing in the winbox list.
I tried to reset it as well.

Yes i did, but unfortunately no progress.
In fact when I switch the Omnitik , the board does not even beep...
Should I change the Ip perhaps...

Yes I did plug it into PC and set Ip4 to : 172.18.1.5 , same subnet of crashed Omnitik.
I run Netinstall program and kept reset button for 30 seconds, but nothing is popping up...

did you connect cable from port 1 directly to your PC? How can I connect cable from port 1 to my PC ? Hello. Few days ago I upgraded to OS 5.21 and firmware 3.0 Omnitik became slow and after few hours I lost it. Now when I plug the Poe, it does not beep/boot , but the led is on. I heard I can recover it somehow.It's not yet fried !!... Do i need to use netinstall ? i do not have any usb serial cable...

hI COMMUNITY. THis morning i telnet to my AP and i noticed it was quite slow from terminal. Omnitik with 5.21 few minutes later I decided to reboot it from remote. Not tested, but should work. some thnigs i would do different, but yo do as you want. you should change frequency to something better (just keep same at both)
