Using HTB interface, upload traffic works (maybe correctly), download traffic PCQ work wrong - PCQ queues opens for each packet (not for dst-address,as should be).

It's looks like a malfunction - one of ten my CCR1036 has the same bug. Maximum load (800 PPPoE sessions and 600 mbits traffic)- and traffic down to 30-40 megabits per second, SNMP not work, most menues of winbox empty. Reboot- all works for one- two hours. Returned to seller under warranty.

HTB "global" (similar to v5.x "global-in" and "global-out") doesn't know anything about Ethernet header, so it is not calculated into limit. You can use interface HTB - they know Ethernet header and takes in into account. Each packet +18 bytes (at least) It's no effect...

It's a bugs with bandwitch limit on Queue Tree. I have started BandwitchTest between two CCR1036-12g-4s and seen next results (first number- limitation, 2nd- real bandwitch): 10 mbps - 10.1 mbps 50 mbps - 50,4 mbps 100 mbps - 101,2 mbps 150 mpps - 165 mbps (!) various between 160 and 200 - 200 mbps ...

Looks like this is a CCR1036 bug - RB750GL with the same config works fine.
