OSPF not work between 2 mikrotiks.

Hi All, I am having an issue with implementing ospf. I am lead engineer for a small WISP 300 odd clients on 30 odd AP's. I am setting up OSPF for the first time. We use Mikrotik mainly. We have 2 microwave links coming into our main sites. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/29102346/Simplenet.jpg ....

Strange Routing

Hi Guys, I have a strange one or at least I think it is strange. I have an 433ah acting as an AP which is fed by a Nano bridge ether1 the side facing the nano bridge has an address 10.6/24 and the AP side has a range 55.0/24 the AP has 55.1 as its address. I have static routed down to the 433 and ca...

Re: Stuck noob Queues

Cheers Jos I might take you up on that offer I have most of it figured out. I have the radius server going and I can get the AP's to connect as NAS's. I only have the bandwidth management to sort. I was hoping to mange this from the radius.

Re: 433ah Ethernet latency

So from the 433 to your clients you are OK and from the 433 THROUGH the LAN to the Nano, you are not? Can you ping from the Nano's ethernet (the one which is TOGHETHER with the 433 via the switcher) to the 433's ethernet and see what you have? You use eth1 of the 433 or another eth that goes to the...

Re: 433ah Ethernet latency

unsure on the switch chip I didn't knowingly enable it but I doubt that would cause 600ms + pings and 30%+ loss. From Nano to 433 link is poor have not tried a bandwidth test but again 600ms + ping and loss and that was the 2 of them joined by a crossover cable and me hooked onto one of the AP's tha...
