Re: MikroTik wAP ac station configuration

Hey there prosteen, I´d suggest your start from scratch on a clean device, if you can access the router via IP or MAC Winbox go to System > Reset Configuration and check "no default" configuration. After reset, go to wireless and click on "Setup repeater", on the pop up window in...

Re: Load Balancer PCC + Firewall to same MK

Its explanation is very logical, I will have to accommodate the filter rules with its example and the mangroves with the example of a PCC of Mikrotik's web. I appreciate your time and teaching! That's what happens when people just copy/paste rules and stuff from the web, even the wiki without readi...

Re: IKE2 identity not found (IOS to Mikrotik) [SOLVED]

I'm using "DN=My very special name" It was a wrong direction. I got it working both on MacOS/iOS and Windows 10 with the same certificate. In W10 it works pretty straight forward, while on iOS/MacOS it needs to be configured as "none" and then certificate chosen. When configurin...

Re: no WAN?

Sometimes that happens to me here in Colombia with some providers, I usually unplug the modem for a minute or so and then plug it back, usually it works.

If it does not work for you, try to clone modem's mac on your RB. :)

Re: MPLS-TE tunnels not established [SOLVED]

You need to run RSVP protocol on cisco interfaces too, otherwise resource reservation along the path will not be possible. Also depending on what Te tunnel path type you are using, if CSPF is used then you also need to configure OSPF on Cisco to work with CSPF Thank you very much ! After enable RSV...

Re: MPLS LAB Mikrotik as PEs and cisco as LSRs

If you can ping web-sites, but you're unable to visit them, it's most likely an MTU issue from experience. On the Mikrotiks you need to ensure you have an MPLS MTU of at least 1530 to allow an MTU of 1500 on VPLS. I think you need to setup that even higher if you have tagged ethernet on the VPLS......

MPLS LAB Mikrotik as PEs and cisco as LSRs

Hello everyone. Basically I setup this MPLS topology first on EVE-NG, then live on my lab, the two cisco RTRs (2821) and RouterBOARDS all connected and able to ping each other, as per the picture; OSPF, MPLS and BGP peering work fine, I setup VPLS static tunnels between R1 and RB_206, added them to ...

@troffasky, now, that's what I'm talking about, I didn't put it in the right way there, but here's what I think. Setup the Arris <> MT with three untagged access ports connected to the Arris, tag the trunk port with eg: vlan1, vlan2, vlan3, connect the trunk-clae to the downstairs MT's trunk port wh...

at max it is small office and Home-office (where noise is big problem
the CCR1009 has the power to run a medium sized ISP, so, I don't agree to the above.
I agree 100% with Normis, these products are ISP grade products.
