I have the same problem with a Supermicro C2758, SoC board.
I tried to upgrade from 6.28.
Looks like some kernel drivers were removed in the 6.30 or 6.31 release.
Can you please someone at Mikrotik look into this?

VLAN Trunk port in KVM guest
Hi, i would like to add a 802.1q trunk port directly into a KVM guest, but i cannot make it work. I created a bridge which contains the interface which is connected to a trunk port on my switch and the tap interface which is added to the KVM guest. Is this scenario even possible?
