Make sure that the 411 at building 1 is set as the access point, then at both building 2 & 3 use the same settings but with differant IP address. ex: building 1--ip 17.1.3.2 name control channel 45 mode access building 2--ip 17.1.3.3 name building 2 channel 45 mode bridge building 3--ip 17.1.3.4...

Sounds liked you do not have the radius sever settings turned on for all users.

Go into the radius and check that it is active.

From your broadband router, do you assign IP's to all devices in both buildings or just building 1? From building 1 to building 2, you should have the link in bridge mode and in building 2 from the link antenna into a router that will then assign IP's to devices.
