Perhaps you might try to setup Q in Q tunneling. I have run into this problem when dealing with L2 links across carrier networks.

I'm trying to get connected on the WiFi (2.4Ghz) and get internet access through my LTE connection. Right now I only get access from the wired port. Is there a basic or default config I can load to accomplish this? Winbox has a different window for each individual component but nothing to configure ...
