Re: v7.17.2 [stable] is released!

I'm also seeing a broken log-in page when upgrading to v7.17.2 on one of my routers. This has nothing to do with caches and incognito Chrome and incognito Firefox show the same broken page. This seems to be some bug where the log-in pages aren't upgraded or updated properly.

Re: L2TP IPsec client working only if behind nat

I was facing the same issue. You need to allow IPsec ESP on the server you are connecting to: /ip firewall filter add chain=input protocol=udp port=500 action=accept comment="Allow IPSec IKE" add chain=input protocol=udp port=4500 action=accept comment="Allow IPSec NAT-T" add cha...

Configuring Dual WAN Cable + PPPoE DSL using PCC

Ive been trying to set up PCC load balancing on my RB2011 for a DSL PPPoE WAN and DHCP Cable WAN. I've read through the PCC Wiki, but I'm getting unpredictable/unreliable results where certain connections don't go through. The Wiki seems to be for static WAN routes, whereas mine are both PPPoE/DHCP ...

Static routing via Dynamically Allocated WAN Address

Is there any way to do static routing with an interface that receives its IP through DHCP? I'm reading about this: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Routing_via_a_DHCP_allocated_gateway, but it seems a bit archaic to have to rely on scripts to do dynamic routing. Will having to not rely on this work-aro...

Dual WAN Configuration

How can I configure two DHCP cable modems on an SB2011, using one solely for SIP and IAX2 on a single LAN on NAT?

I've configured both devices, just need the proper routes and/or firewall/NAT?

Dual WAN Configuration

I just got my first RouterOS hardware (rb2011uas-2hnd) and been trying to configure it. The device seems incredibly powerful, but I need some assistance on setting up dual WAN. I have two DHCP assigned cable internet connections. I have connected the first (primary one) to ETH1 and internet is worki...
