Re: DHCP Server does not respond with a Subnet mask

I was able to fix this by changing the DHCP Network "Address" field from "172.16.12.0" to "172.16.12.0/24". Both before and after, I had the "netmask" field set to "24"

Re: DHCP Server does not respond with a Subnet mask

I'm having this same problem, with both RouterOS v5.18 and v6.11 My DHCP server is set to "static-only" and I made static leases for my clients. They do not receive a subnet mask in dhcp offer, so they assume 255.255.0.0 instead of 255.255.255.0 which I am using: 15:00:56 dhcp,debug,packet...

CPU usage with ipsec

Hello, I have a RB750 unit with an IPSec tunnel. When downloading a file across the IPSec tunnel, I am getting a max speed of 200 KB/sec at which point the CPU usage is around 100% on the RB750. Winbox shows that its running at 400 MHz. IPSec settings. auth algorithm: sha1 encryption algorithm: 3des...

Re: IPSec tunnel subnet problem

You have to add a new ipsec policy for traffic from the Mikrotik IP to the LAN. see my post here: http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php ... 1&p=265385

Re: IPSec disables local access to RouterOS

All of the vendors I can find in the US do not stock the RB150 indoor case.

Routerboard 150

The Routerboard 150 looks like a really nice board for doing non-wireless routing, firewalling, etc. The board itself has 5 Ethernet ports and is under $100. The problem is I can't find any vendors selling an enclosure for it. routerboards.com sells it but minimum order is $1000 to avoid the fee. An...
