Why would the client timeout when the timeout setting in the mikrotik is set correctly at zero?

I have the RB751U Mikrotik running as a hotspot for a 55 room hotel. The clients have complained that if they walk away from their session for a while and come back, they have to login again. WIFI clients using fusion VPN software get dropped by the Mikrotik , thus they cannot access the internet.

What changes would i need to make on the Mikrotik to allow fusion VPN through?
