Can SNMP be used with TCP in mikrotik? If yes, how to change?

gentlemen,
I have the following problem 15 mikrotiks network using OSPF, MPLS however like to put in only 4 of them. More when I do that I can browse any site (browser) and not WinBox not open any of these 4 routers that are enabled with MPLS. What can I be doing wrong?

Question about OSPF + MPLS
Gentlemen, I need your help.
I'm with the following problem when trying to enable MPLS in just 4 Mkts a total of 15. Strangely I can not navigate (browser) I can ping them all over and 8.8.8.8.
I put none of these Mkts that are not active MPLS access. Does it have something to do with OSPF?
