Where I could find the information about new firmware (like what's new) 3.18 for RB450G which came with the latest OS 6.16 ?

Upgraded RB951-2n from 6.10 to 6.11 Bridge network and wlan1 interface disappears. reboot and it works normal. after a few minutes it disappears. I think I have similar problem!
