thanks rextended, that solved the problem,
i actually checked on "Constraints" "bind on first use" on the user profile.

Be more synthetic?
i created a ticket on userman and when i tried logging with the ticket username and password, its saying invalid calling station id.

i normally solve this problem by restarting the mikrotik router.
