I think, in 5.0beta1 is somehow broken dhcp-server. When i reboot, it is shown red in winbox and not working. Disable/reenable put it in a working order until next reboot. When downgraded to 4.6 everything worked. I tried to reset config and reconfigure whole router in 5.0beta, but it didn't helped....
