Re: VPN between 2 RB750GL

Hi josu,

You can read this article http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/L2TP_%2B_ ... ik_routers.

Both sites are different networks, in some cases in different countries.

Re: VPN between 2 RB750GL

Hi josu,

Frequently i use L2TP/IPSEC to connect sites that share one IPPBX. Normally we connect calls under PCMU codec and the voice quality is excelent. In some cases we have to implement Qos for Voip or use lighter codecs like G729 depending the bandwidth and the network traffic.

Regards.

Hi Kewitt, You have to create 2 mangle rules to mark traffic /ip firewall mangle add action=mark-routing chain=prerouting new-routing-mark=To_Gateway_1 \ passthrough=no src-address=192.168.88.0/24 add action=mark-routing chain=prerouting new-routing-mark=To_Gateway_2 \ passthrough=no src-address=192...

Re: devices doesn't get IP address when behind a switch

Hi thedali,

What switch are you using? brand and model?

What MK port number is connected to the switch?

If you assign a manual IP address on computers connected to the switch, can you access to the router?

Re: Not able to reset configuration via reset button: hAP lite

Hi n3120, I recommend the following steps: - Make sure you have the latest firmware 6.28 smips 1. unplug power 2. hold RES button 3. plug power 4. wait until ACT flashes and then stop flash (with ACT and PWR on green) release the RES button 5. wait 20 seconds 6. Close winbox and open again to login ...

Re: Port Forwarding Issues

Hi JDunsOK,

The config seems to be correct.

Have you tried connecting to apache directly without router? You have to be sure that your ISP do not block those ports.

Re: IPSec/L2TP without NAT

Hi Ajax, You have to check with your cell carrier if its blocking L2TP or IPSsec ports. You can make some port test with a free port tester available at Play Store. Compare connecting thru wifi and cell carrier using your vpn server as target host. Ports to check normally. For L2TP/IPSec: Port 500 U...

Re: Sharing VLANs between Mikrotik Devices

Hi yosu,

To permit internet vlan access to closest 951G, you have to setup ports connected between 951G´s on internet vlan (vlan 3). Ports will use like trunk vlan ports allowing only vlan3.

I hope the answer was helpful...
