Re: ** WE WANT A LTE BRIDGE-MODE **

+1 Any news? I have several RB912UAG-2HPnD's with Sierra Wireless MC7700 Mini-PCIe LTE aircards I'm trying to use for an IoT project. They are very stable and work great except for the inability to remote into them from outside. If I could get the LTE Public IP out to the ether1 & wlan it would...

Re: RE: Re: ** WE WANT A LTE BRIDGE-MODE **

Log indicates it does not like the apn1/ether1. I think you are supposed to substitute the APN that your carrier uses in the apn field, not literally use 'apn1', IOW the command should read something like: /interface lte set lte1 apn= <your carrier APN> /ether1 (or whatever ethernet port you are us...

Re: ** WE WANT A LTE BRIDGE-MODE **

Couldn't wait any longer, replaced my RB912UAG-2HPnD's with Net gear LTE modems. IP Pass-through works great on them and so far as stable as the RB's.

Re: ** WE WANT A LTE BRIDGE-MODE **

Guys this solution from Netgear looks to be almost perfect https://www.netgear.com/images/datasheet/mobile/LB1121.pdf It supports POE in for power, has bridge mode and the styling is fantastic. Unfortunately for me, it does not support Bands 3 or 28 which are what NZ providers use :( I really wish ...

Re: Help setting up Sierra Wireless MC7700 on a RB912UAG-5HP

Got it going! I found this excellent guide http://www.wirelessinfo.be/index.php/mikrotik/pages/3g and got it all setup no problem :) Works fantastic, this is a great solution - exactly what I needed and much more configurable (and less expensive) than the alternative (Cradlepoint) Some info in case ...

Help setting up Sierra Wireless MC7700 on a RB912UAG-5HPnD?

Looking for some help getting started, I have a Sierra MC7700 mPCIe LTE card installed in a RB912UAG-5HPnD. Just want to use this as an Internet connection in a remote location, don't need the wlan, just need to have access through the Ethernet port.. Got the mPCIe port enabled and it seems to have ...
