plz provide more info!

you mean blocked input 80 , forward 80 or both! (access to router with port 80 , access through router with that port or both)

are u using Firewall Rules ?????
/ip firewall filter print
/ip firewall nat print

RouterOS as DNS Server?

hi
I'm new to mikrotik and just got my MTCNA , MTCWE and MTCUME
and my MTCTCE course is going to start next week! :)

i was playing with my rb2011-UiAS-2HnD-In and i noticed something , there is no DNS Server Option in Router OS????? :shock: (I'm using RouterOS 6.17)
i dont mean DNS cache!

try disabling the interfaces that you are not Using on your PC! I'm always having trouble connecting to a mikrotik router when I've got extra interfaces around (especially my virtualbox and vmware connections)
