I have mikrotik with 2 isp connections and have forwarded ports from both to my mikrotik When I try to connect from internet side I am only able to connect from isp which default gateway 0.0.0.0/0 is pointing too. How can I make that I can connect from both isps without needing to change the default...

I had same issue where neighbour only shows up on one side of the link.
Changing "Multicast Helper" from default to full helped.
Had to change this on both sides of the link

I'm busy doing some ping test to my wan from mikrotik and linux.

The mikrotik ping tool will show random ping timeout but the router does not mark it as packet lost?
It does not show up on the linux machine only on the mikrotik ping tool.

I am running pppoe client on routerboard rb951 and sometimes the internet speed on the router will slow down to a crawl and I need to reboot router.
It only happens at random times, usually when router have been running for 2 weeks or so.
How can I solve this?

Solved by installing external antennas on the RB951 and also reset wireless to default.

You can try setting
-HW. Protection mode to CTS-to-self and HW Protection Threshold to 256 on both sides.
-Also set Adaptive Noise Immunity to ap-and-client.
-And lowering tx power.

Normis at the moment I have set data rate not to go higher that 18mbts. Also changed tx power back to default. I notice that all other devices usually connects well. Don't know if it is because he uses iphone s6.

What does your computer show when you try to traceroute to the phone and to the router?

You can try doing ros update and furmware update.
Also you can try changing the way the router has been setup.

Antivirus sometimes automatically enables firewall on windows.
You should add exemption for that port

Also disable windows firewall or add port exemption.

I had the sam problem awhile ago where i pptp into network and could not access devices on that subnet.
What i did was to add nat rule.

/ip firewall nat add src address(pptp local address on router) action masquerade.

You can test it with one printer that is on the 172.19.5.0/23 network and computer that is on the 172.19.4.0/23. Im 100 % sure it will wotk faster.

To change windows computer subnet from /24 to /23 you need to change 255.255.255.0 to 255.255.254.0

Have you change you natting rules?

Under ip firewall nat change the srcnat masquerade rule and add routing mark to it.
That should work.
I have done this a very long time ago, not sure if you shoudl chose routing table or routing mark under srcnat rule.

2.Or do you mean that you have 172.19.4.0/24 one one ether and 172.19.5.0/24 on another ether?

And if it is number 2 have you put both ether's in one bridge?

With /24 subnet you can only ping/connect with 254 hosts in that range only. For example 172.19.4.1-172.19.4.254 But it you use /23 subnet then you can ping/connect with host up to 172.19.5.254. Why dont you change the /24 to /23.

If you do that then you can communicate directly with computer/printers on both subnets

Had the same problem awhile ago.
Solved it by replacing the ethet cable.

Anyway some thing you can check...

1. Both routers have same routeros.
2. Time needs to be the same on both routers.
