Re: Cpu pegged at 100%

Indeed, routerOS v7.6, I'll roll back to v6 for now see if that gives me a bit of a difference.

Thank you for the performance explanation, I'll browse through the devices.

Cpu pegged at 100%

Hi all, I have a RB960PGS (hEX PoE) I have a number of firewall rules (22) and queues (14) and VPN. My internet has recently been bumped to 200mbps. I cant get more than 115mbps before the router CPU pegs at 100%. Overclocking the router to 1000mhz I get 135mbps. (All ethernet ports are at 1gbps) A ...

Re: Two wan addresses nat to single internal address

I'm still battling with this, On RB1 (which has WAN1) I've tried adding a SRCNAT which hasn't worked. I'm confused as to which way to go about it. src address would be the interface on RB2, dst. address would be webserver, action would be src-nat to RB1 ? Route is: WAN2 -> RB2 -> RB1 -> Webserver Th...

Two wan addresses nat to single internal address

Hi All, I have two wan addresses, lets call them WAN1 and WAN2. WAN1 goes though RB1, and WAN2 goes through RB2. RB1 is on 192.168.88.0/16 range (duplicate configs except ip addresses) RB2 is on 192.168.99.0/16 range Webserver has two ethernets (if possible I'd prefer it to have just one address) et...

Re: RouterOS v7.0 beta1 - when?

I'm just waiting for more LTE driver support which on the wiki states coming in ROS V7. At this rate I might as well look for another device haha.

Re: RB912 with Simcom 7100e modem

As per my understanding ppp is limited to 25Mbps due to usb interface :(

Oh well, I guess I have to wait for QMI support/LTE support in ROS v7.

RB912 with Simcom 7100e modem

Hello, It's currently working over ppp however I need to change the LTE band it's sitting on. The wiki states I'll get the LTE interface in ROSv7 but I can't wait that long. Is there a command I can send to switch the modem's band? Or can i perhaps load a custom driver to allow it to use the LTE int...

Re: Issue with port-forwarding

Try this:
/ip firewall nat add chain=dstnat protocol=udp dst-port=7707-7717 in-interface=(interface of internet) action=dst-nat to-addresses=(IP address of server) to-ports=7707-7717
Then check the log to see if the firewall is not dropping the traffic.

I'm getting errors though opening https:// pages nor can I browse the lan side of the routerboard Chrome states: Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a pro...
