SO the main router has three separate fiber connections to each R1,R2,R3,

i need script to limit hotspot and broadband user limit if user reached that limit his profile set to low profile limit
like :: if i have profile limit 128/512 and my all bandwith set 10gb . if i have reached it my profile set to 64/256 profile
