What speed you are getting with v6.20 and v6.23?
Could you provide support output files from both versions and send to support@mikrotik.com

I have the same problem in several PTP link using 6.23. When I downgrade to 6:20, ptp stabilizes and go double or triple band. Equipments: NetMetal 922, SXT N, 911 QRT, Basebox (rb912).

Installed RouterOS-mipsbe-6.21rc17.npk. AC remains broken. Lose interface. Reboot ethernet. IN N, does not crash when you change txpower or frequency. But compared the band in 6.19 or 6.20 dropped by half.
